My Approach to Healing

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. Together, we'll look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship s cause you to feel chronic stress and overwhelm? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  Do you have unhealed or treatment-resistant responses to traumas that hold you back from feeling safe to be your authentic self? Perhaps you simply know you don't feel as well as you would like but don't know why or how to shake it. As we work together, we'll look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Together we’ll work to envision your healing path, uncover the root causes of your feelings of 'dis-ease' and co-create a plan that will best support you and your vision for growth. 

My personal expertise is in helping people through life transitions, feelings of "stuckness", and healing from trauma. I’ve personally been there, and I offer highly empathetic support through the challenges that come when shift is on the horizon. 

 

I embrace the outlook that there is great wisdom within you, that healing comes with recognizing and honoring your inner wisdom, and I look forward to being your guide in the journey.
